This website is owned and operated by Immigrant Brands, LLC, dba Immigrant Coffee Company, via the web platform Squarespace.  Any reference herein to "us", "we", or "our", refers to Immigrant Brands, LLC.  By accessing this site, you agree to our privacy policy and usage terms and conditions.  This site may not be used for any illegal purposes, or for the transmission of unauthorized information, data, or programs.  All content is owned and copyrighted by Immigrant Brands, LLC and cannot be used without the express written consent of Immigrant Brands, LLC. Violation of these terms will result in the termination of services, and in some cases, legal action.

Privacy

We reserve the right to collect and store personal information (name, email, physical address) as provided by the user upon purchase or after subscribing to our mailing list. We reserve the right to use this information to distribute marketing materials to users. You may unsubscribe from such marketing materials at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email or by contacting customer@immigrantbrands.com. We will not share your personal information with any third parties unless required to do so by law or if the terms of service are violated.

Security

This website is hosted by Squarespace with an e-commerce platform provided by Stripe.  Your sensitive information (credit card, address, etc.) is protected by firewall and encryption in the Stripe system, which operates under a level 1 PCI compliance certification.   Immigrant Brands, LLC is not liable for any breach of security or viral attack of the servers or databases of Squarespace or Stripe and cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or criminal activity resulting from such an attack or breach.  

Revision of Terms of Service, Privacy, and Security Statements

Immigrant Brands, LLC reserves the right to update or otherwise revise or change the above Terms of Service, Privacy, and Security statements.
