We don't anticipate anyone wanting to return the fine coffees we produce. Coffee, like any food product, is an experience good and sometimes flavor profiles don't appeal to people, but this is also a known risk of buying food products. If for some reason you are absolutely disappointed in the product you buy, contact us and we can find a way, together, to make everything better.
We hope that products ordered through this website arrive without any damage via the United States Postal Service or another carrier. In the case of the receipt of damaged product, please contact the Immigrant Coffee Company.
